With over 180 acres of rides, shows, games and attractions, Worlds of Fun in Kansas City, Missouri, is one of the largest amusement parks in the Midwest. Explore each of the five worlds that make up the park (Africa, Americana, Europa, Scandinavia and the Orient). Each world has thrill rides and smaller rides for children.
Kids can visit any of the children’s areas located throughout the park. There are playgrounds, rides and attractions geared just for the little ones. There are many live shows to enjoy when a break from the extreme rides is needed. Or, visit any of the park's many shops, games and eateries.
Worlds of Fun and its partner Oceans of Fun water park are located off the East Loop of I-435 at exit 54 about 15 minutes Northeast of downtown Kansas City, Missouri. The parks are open April through October with varying operating hours and days.
